| Lopen 04/19/18 7:33:18 PM #27: | Yeah I'm not going to long term use it, at least that wasn't my understanding of what the doctor recommended. It's mostly to inhibit any acid so my throat can heal properly. Then I'll just try to be conservative with meats and stuff. It should be noted that I had a pretty severe near choking to death episode on Monday which I'm pretty sure contributed heavily to this problem so I'm hoping I can avoid needing medication long term and just get by with showing some more concern with what I eat. But I do need to take it daily for a while. It's not those calcium things though it's omeprazole which of course has its own set of side effects which is why I was hoping it wasn't meant as a long term solution. --- No problem!
