| Topic | Everyone needs to work in retail for at least a year! |
| Zeus 04/15/18 1:28:48 PM #11: | Having worked in retail, I can be fully dismissive of people who work in retail because I know firsthand what a lot of those employees are like and the kind of shit managers are forced to put up with (rather than just firing workers) because of corporate rules. Plus, as far as jobs go, retail is nothing compared to food services in terms of hardship and treatment. (Which, of course, is not to say that the fine folk of PotD who are stuck working retail are anything like the average retail worker, I'm sure that most of them are exceptions.) --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ...
