| slacker03150 04/09/18 6:41:41 PM #1: | Insurance offered me 1275 to pay for my 2 hours of missed work and my 250 hospital bill. I countered with 1300. It was just a fender bender and my neck hurt for a day or two. I don't want to make the other drivers rates hike insanely or cause problems so I just took what was offered, but by the surprise in the insurance agents voice and how quickly they took it, I think they low balled me pretty badly and I just took it. Should I have tried for 2 grand or something? Like they still owe me another 2 grand for the car, this settlement was strictly for medical bill that I just got in the mail and need to pay off.
