Coaching Changes

As many of you recall, I have mentioned that I have found no evidence that coaches have any effect on the final product of your team. In a pure sim like this, the only differences they would have are slightly different coaching strategies. Everyone is free to alter those, which in turn nullifies any impact that they would have made. That being said, I like to mention changes at the Head Coach (HC), Offensive Coordinator (OC), and Defensive Coordinator (DC) positions.
