Different staff, different schools. At my first school, it was like a family. At the last two schools, other teachers were always looking for ways to get me into trouble over STUPID shit. Stuff like pulling up my lesson plans and test scores and going to the principal and trying to make it sound like I wasn't doing my job. Got on my damn nerves. The assistant principal at the 2nd school was the same way, pain in the ass. Just got tired of the politics.
