I got poisoned the morning before a flight. Ate an omelette and then threw up twice in the airport and then a bunch on the plane. We flew to England and the next day or later that day cause of time zones we went to stone hedge and I still felt sick and laid down on the grass next to it

It was the druids...they totally cursed you!!!

Light broth at first, then possibly put a few noodles/pasta in the broth to get some carbs in you. It's pretty safe, and easy to throw up if it doesn't stay down.

Same thing later, but get some french bread to go with it, just eat a bit, then rest, at a bit more after your sure it'll stay down.

Once you get some food in you, and keep it down, you will feel better. The broth also helps hydrate you as well.

I've gotten lucky and not had food poisoning in along time, it really sucks when you get it. I mostly make my own food (Which is always safe and delicious) or eat at high quality places.

When I ate everywhere in my 20's, I digested food so fast that it didn't have time to get me sick lol.
