What gets me is that everyone thinks they should be able to say whatever they want, no matter how odious or despicable, on Facebook and other social media without suffering any consequences. This is hardly odious or despicable. And what gets me is that you're implying that there should exist a proactive ban on speech, possibly in the form of companies deciding what employees are and aren't allowed to say.
