If all of a sudden have to more than double their payroll pay(just get to minimum wage) their prices are going to go up. lots of these casual sit down places are already dying off to restaurants like this with their prices where they are. Restaurants will also not be able to find anyone who wants to work Friday and Saturday night, you know, when they're busiest. Why the hell would someone want to bust their ass on a busy Saturday night when they can make the same money reading a magazine on a slow monday lunch?
