| faramir77 03/25/18 2:42:55 PM #7: | I'm torn between whether they are a responsible approach that grants suburban life without the sprawl, or if they are a cheap cop out provided by greedy banks that are funding their development that allows them to increase the cost of standard homes because they can been seen as a "luxury" alternative to the baseline mobile home. I suppose, in that thought, that apartments could be seen as even worse, but whatever.
