Not to pile on, but if that's how you feel, you may be carrying an attitude or just negative sort of presence around with you, and if that's the case then people certainly wouldn't be too keen on being around that sort of energy.

I highly recommend going to the gym, getting some exercise. Just an hour a day if you can swing it. Stick with it for at least three months, see if your mood doesn't improve. Just focus on yourself for a while, don't worry about friends or hanging out or impressing people. Just focus on you. Set goals if you need to (weight loss, a certain strength level, whatever), but while setting goals may help, just going and getting some consistent exercise should go a long way.

Exercise can do a lot more than improve your physical condition, it can do a lot for your emotional and psychological health, too.
