Not needing the extra time to get back to 10, I might actually be able to push past my previous ceiling in March. Even if I don't play, I'll still be rank 14. And for the players who are sub-20, they won't likely have to deal with as many of the assholes who bring full meta decks to the bottom of the ladder and plow through newbies.
