Topic	Anyone else have depression and don't take medicine for it?

Once the doctor accidentally canceled my next appointment and the therapist said I was a waste of his time, I called it quits. I really struggle to get out of the house and have a lot of invasive thoughts. I was also on anxiety medication, and it helped control my panic attacks, but I've been off them too. I'm struggling to find a job and I don't know what to do. Ugh... @DoctorVader posted... I just eat pussy to curb it. Argh! Fricken heck... ~~Does it help?~~ It definitely Ely has side effects. Notably sexually. But the tradeoff is worth it to me. Also, not every med or dose works for everyone. I had to try 3 meds before finding the one that worked.
