Topic	Anyone else have depression and don't take medicine for it?

I was in therapy too at the time, but dealing with that, my life, and the constant cycle on new meds and a different set of side effects every other week made things worse. Once the doctor accidentally canceled my next appointment and the therapist said I was a waste of his time, I called it quits. I really struggle to get out of the house and have a lot of invasive thoughts. I was also on anxiety medication, and it helped control my panic attacks, but I've been off them too. I'm struggling to find a job and I don't know what to do. Ugh... @DoctorVader posted... I just eat pussy to curb it. Argh!
