Might actually be the better draw overall. Atk Tactic seems pretty awesome. I'm thinking I want to put it on Valter since I'm usually running him with mixed compositions anyway. Seems like a waste of his Panic Ploy 3 but his stat spread kinda wastes that anyway. Maybe Cherche instead but I like Valter more. --- No problem!
