I'm not familiar with the series really Going by memory, I believe Cody went to jail for the stuff he did in the Final Fight series and Haggar ended up becoming the mayor (of the same city he beat the thugs in). We won't know for sure why Cody is out of the prison jumpsuit and in the politician garb until Street Fighter V continues the story. If Capcom likes pulling enemy units out of their older games and making them characters in Street Fighter (like Abigail and Poison), I'd like to see them rip someone out of the Captain Commando franchise next. <cite>Roachmeat posted [p:896497429] in Cody ditch...
