I do support a volunteer death penalty, like if a prisoner gets multiple life sentences they can just go "Ok, I'm done..."

I'm of this view. If someone murdered my loved one, I wouldn't want them dead. I'd want them in jail. Could be devoting the time to understanding these murderers through study/rehab (I don't vote they leave the prison system for crimes like these ones, but maybe they can teach other inmates some day), and acting on preventative measures. Too many petty drug crimes weighing down the American prison system.
