That means its someone who was a citizen the moment they were born. Why should we, or any other country, have a non-citizen or foreign citizen be the leader of said country? Because there's multiple countries that legitimately don't have that requirement. Canada and Australia are two of them. Mexico does though lol. --- I am basically am I.
