And thats the age for when youre elected. Youre not immediately kicked out if you hit the cap, you just cant get re-elected.

I'd rather have it be that you can't run at all if you're going to hit the age cap while you're in office.

And add in # of term limits like Presidents do (although I would give more terms than 2 obviously).

And you can serve in the House and be a Senator (at different times obviously) but both count towards a single # of terms limit.

Basically ensure the government is actually being refreshed, and stop people like Mitch McConnell having a hand in US Policy for 32 years.
