WWE heavily encourages it - PPV quality, in hype, on paper, and in execution, varies wildly - You're actively incentivized to NOT have an active subscription as they spam the hell out of free offers when you're not a subscriber. It is kinda cool though because you can sort of take a reasonable stab at the ceiling of the Network from a subscriber perspective if every PPV was must see. --- No problem!
