Topic | What's the deal with job titles? |
Zeus 02/14/18 3:20:44 AM #7: | Rockies posted... It's silly when I come across job titles like "Solutions Engineer", "Knowledge Engineer" and "Continuous Improvement Engineer". I've learned they tend to refer to fairly specific and consistent things, but at face value you'd think those could apply to any engineer. I assume most engineers have knowledge, come up with solutions and like to continuously improve. Well, everybody likes to feel important. Red_Frog posted... Titles are cheaper than raises.
