(Most efficient way to farm this is a 2xMLB Skeleton/Corpse with 4x of the one of the two you didn't get with MLBs-- dump the bonus drop CEs) But the corpses drop 2 more ice creams base each, plus you get a ton of skeletons, plus you get male berserker kills in Darius Definitely way better than doing 603 -> 101. --- No problem!
