Granted, haven't paid much attention to housing prices specifically except for the fact that my rent has gone up a total of 30 bucks in two years. That's pretty stable. I had an increase in 50 over the same time period, but part of that was because my first year of rent was discounted. Overall, I'm pretty happy out here.
