Actually, there's *still* an absurd amount of shitty chereography. We just have slow-mo and cuts to make the moves look "cooler"

In general, there's too much choreography during fight scenes which disrupts the illusion. Instead of seeing two characters fighting, it looks like a cooperative dance sequence. Same reason why I hate the luchador style of wrestling.

Cuts and shaky cam are the new wave of fight scenes. It makes everything seem violent and chaotic.

tbh, shaky cam after a hit is a pretty neat effect.
