There are enjoyable parts of II and III, but they mostly bunged the prequels with goofy CGI, goofy plot, and goofy acting. The Plinkett reviews are more enjoyable than the movies themselves. I enjoy the original trilogy, but honestly find all three of them rather slow and plodding. Still, that's how old movies are - it's just more noticeable for me, because, be real, Star Wars is just a fun sci-fi romp with some light heaviness thrown in. This is my own dumpass perspective, much like everyone else's. The new movies have been cheesy, but fun. Sure, I get why people don't like certain plot choices, but I loathe people that take that sort of thing seriously. It's a fun movie. Get over it!
