Disney feels like it's stretched thin, there's what, 4 different parks, + the water parks? But each park only has a couple of worthwhile points of interest. Whereas Cesar Point felt like it was much smaller, but it was absolutely packed with good rides. If you mostly just want thrill rides, then no, Disney is not the place for you. Thrill rides at Disney are fewer and farther between, and those that do exist are relatively tame. You go to Disney for the experience.
