Vickie as an authority figure reacts to situations and lets the emotions get the best of her. Steph is playing 5D chess, if you think you've tricked her, she's actually just playing you all along. Like you said, you can only beat Steph by accident with fluke moments and those are rare, because she's been built up as Batman levels of smart in her planning. Her face stuff like creating women's wrestling is her in Bruce Wayne mode, making philantropy the future of marketing. Her heel persona, is just an evil version of Batman and Triple H is mostly a tool, she allows to have some degree of autonomy. If Triple H and Steph ever divorce and come to blows, Steph would go full Jeanie Buss on him.
