I want to get into smb3 rando as soon as possible, I missed the chance to sign up for the tournament but I want to get into it since I hear it's way more interesting than when I first saw it. First time I saw it it was just a level order randomizer but now it changes all kinds of stuff. Sounds neat.

Zelda 2 randomizer is every bit as good as the other Zeldas. It even generates its own overworlds - something that to my knowledge no other randomizer out there does like it does.

Link's Awakening randomizer is currently in development and just went into public beta recently. It's the hardest randomizer exploration-wise of the four classic Zeldas, looks really confusing, but it's something I plan to get into.

The randomizers I see run most often besides Zelda are probably Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy. I've watched them both and they seem pretty interesting if you're into those games, although old NES RPGs are kind of niche, in their way.

Pokemon randomizer is great and it's kinda one of my big things. All the mainline games can be randomized, too (not sure about S/M?). This was the "original" randomizer back in the day and it's still one of the most robust and easiest to get into.

I haven't seen people run Mega Man 2 randomizer much but I'd tried this one and it's really funny. I don't know if it's something I would *seriously* speedrun, but it's pretty fun to play and has a ton of comedy value.

Super Mario RPG randomizer seems to work pretty well. I don't know a lot about it but I've watched it and it looks good, albeit a bit confusing as to how the stats work and stuff.

I think the SNES FFs all have randomizers but I don't know anything about them yet. I also watched someone play FFT randomizer and it was a fucking trainwreck, looks really hard. FFMQ has a rando too. If you're into that.

Oh, Super Metroid has a randomizer! I think you can do just an item randomizer but I think there's a randomizer that changes some routing stuff too. I don't know anything about it but I have heard people say it's good.

Those are the major ones I know of off the top of my head that I can personally vouch for in some way. There's others out there, many of which may still be in development.
