What does ending family migration or the visa lottery or reducing the amount of refugees we take in do to target illegal immigration?

You always say that in every topic like this. How can someone just repeatedly be so wrong? Guys like this are not overstaying their visas. The guy who murdered Kate Steinle didn't overstay his visa. They're criminals who get deported and come right back across the border, and they are the number 1 problem we're trying to fix. All illegal immigration is wrong, but a proper border wall stops criminals like this first.

Again, you're missing the fucking point. This is like how people say most muslims are peaceful... Oh well, we still need to stop the bad ones. Most illegals are here for some other reasons, but the BAD ones like this guy sneak across the border over and over again. They commit violent crimes, we deport them, and they come right back. This isn't quantum physics, dude.

Go fund it yourself if its so important to you. Id rather my taxes not go to something that will take years to complete, uproot peoples home and property along the border, and generally be a large money sink into a solution that wont worn. Increase patrols and whatnot, but a wall is a fucking stupid idea. ---
