The "same school" part is implied when you do that. I voted yes not knowing that this student went to a different school from the teacher. When people complain about student/teacher relationships, they're talking about the same school, and the problems that come from a person in authority abusing that authority. This is just an adult having sex with another adult. The power dynamics don't come into play when they're not at the same school. It shouldn't even matter if they went to the same school.
