But if you look at the series overall, the dark signers arc is far more sublime than anything the original has ever done, and it's not even close. 5D's has better duels, better characters (though Yusei can be a mary sue, I still like him cuz he has strategies outside just dueling), better animation, and better story than the original I agree that Dark Signers arc is GOAT but doesn't it completely fizzle out after that? GX and original stand out to me more because their endings were hella great ... Copied to Clipboard! |
