Topic	How would you describe your beliefs about extraterrestrial/alien life?

"normal" ftl travel, once broken (if it can be), is a complete unknown. it could be quite easy to ramp up speed. and the most known possible work-around, wormhole travel, there's no real reason distance should be a factor at all. the best reason it would take them time to get here is if we're just that far down their list, lol. Wormhole travel sounds incredibly fatal. But light itself still takes ages to reach our view in the sky, a lot of stars we see at night don't really exist anymore. Certainly possible, but its something we are only starting to understand. But i dont know why youre citing the speed of light when talking about ftl. We have few ideas on how to go c, none more than theory. So i dont think theres any idea how much harder it is to go 2c than c, 10 c than 2c, or 10000c than 10c. --- Boom!
