At this point I'd say as long as they are not continually being the only person bumping the thread and are actually having some sort of a discussion I don't see there being anything to really do with them anymore. If a topic of yours is being bumped like that I'd recommend just closing it after it's been 5 minutes without a post if you so desire. That's really not how it goes down most of the time. Sometimes old topics form a little community, that's fine.
