The copyright for the first Mickey Mouse film, Steamboat Willie, is scheduled to expire in 2024, though Disney would still hold a trademark for the Mickey Mouse brand.

So Mickey won't fall out of copyright it's about the first movie "Steamboat Willie" not Mickey Mouse brand.

But that's just 95 years, not life+95. Walt Disney died in 1966, so shouldn't it be in 2061?

It's 95 years for anything before 1978 (assuming the copyright was renewed properly until they stopped requiring that). For anything after that, it's life+70 for anything created by a person. For anything created by a corporation, it's whichever is shorter of 95 years from creation or 120 years from publication. There are no cases where it's life+95.
