I'm guessing those 2 games are a case of GameFAQs popularity coming into play, as the site in general prefers the PS4 version of the game instead of the PC version. At least on GameFAQs, the PS4 version is far more widely played than the PC version if you look at message board activity. NieR: Automata has 126 pages of topics for the PS4 version, but only 2 pages of topics for the PC version.
