So like if a murderer kills someone, it's not their fault really, because they had to kill the person, all according to plan. Those two ideas don't seem to work together. I think that's called the problem of evil... Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing?
