Topic	Donkey Kong Country 3 is pretty disappointing
Nelson_Mandela 12/17/17 5:25:53 PM #1:	I never played the game as a kid, despite being obsessed with DKC1-2. I'm just past the first island now, and my two biggest takeaways are: 1. The soundtrack is a massive step back. The ambient music is the single best thing about the series, and it seems totally lacking here. I can get completely absorbed in 2, but 3 is closer to a Mario game than anything, with hints of beauty every so often 2. Baby Kong SUCKS. What utility does he even have?
