Topic	The Phantom Menace is somehow WORSE than I remembered.

It was such a smarmy "modern" joke line that felt so out of place in Star Wars. The Last Jedi does it too with him trolling Hux over the communications link. I really dislike those scenes, and it's a shame because the movies do have some genuinely funny moments that don't rely on that tired kind of writing so I wish they'd just avoid doing it. --- Okay, I rolled a 14.
