You're just doing what you're accusing others of doing by holding a belief and then reasoning backwards from that. This blog post doesn't respond to what I said or reference the substance of the article I posted. A 40% population decline in an area over a decade is probably not explained by there naturally being too many old, young, sick, and stupid bears.
