So I've been suspicious for awhile of a "friend" of hers who she probably spends about as much (or more) time with as she does me, and she's taken to changing her phone PIN and keeping it under her pillow while sleeping. I'm not an idiot so this raised some red flags. I also saw an odd email while monitoring my network (I can paste the contents here with names redacted if anyone cares). She of course denies anything is going on. So once, while she's taking a nap, she leaves her phone at the foot of the bed by mistake. I see this, I know her new PIN, so I struggle for a little while and decide eventually that I won't go through her phone because that's not what I'm about, but I will check the texts for the guy I'm suspicious of. Sure enough, turns out they've been dating, she's calling him the same pet name as she does me, and they went away on a weekend when she told me she was taking care of things down in SLC. I sit on this for a few days while I decide what I want to do with it, because I know if I confront her she'll just lie to me. There's also the distinct possibility she stole $100 out of my bank account and I consider getting evidence and going to the police (to be fair, I don't know for sure this was her but I'd be very surprised if it wasn't). I know she and her boyfriend smoke weed so I also consider finding out where they are and making an anonymous call to the cops whenever they do that next. Eventually, I just get drunk and we have an argument. This occurred last night. She pushed me, I pushed her back, she calls the cops, they come over, find her bong, drug test us both (I don't smoke weed) she leaves, and that's the story so far.

I'm not trying to be typical by talking about gender but I swear. Women always find a way to get the guy in trouble when they are busted doing something wrong.

Honestly sorry to hear that. Humans just can't be trusted.
