If I knew why it did it, I would be know what I needed for that to not happen anymore.

So let's take something simple like just opening up a folder. When I play games that are a bit more graphically intensive, when I'm done playing them and open up a folder with let's say just pictures in it, it takes a little bit for it to load the folder. Specifically the thumbnails. Not like an outrageous amount of time but noticeably longer than if I tried to open that folder before closing the game.

In fact, PC's have done this to me before as well.
