You're playing at some Olympics-level mental gymnastics here. The fact remains as I said it: Either they shouldn't have fired him or they shouldn't have brought him back. No matter how hard you try to spin this, neither scenario demonstrates anything good about the company and both cases demonstrate their want of character.

Honestly, your assertion in totally absurd is general. You're pushing the idea that a terrible remark only matters if the right person calls it out. And that's completely in keeping with my previous complaints about a lack of integrity.
