Because of Pokemon go my Google location tracking thinks I visit a hardware store, several churches, and a hotel I've never set foot in. It's better than people being able to raid your business from across the country for no reason. Steam for example allows you to be able to know whether or not a person has bought the game and the amount of hours they put into it. There's no simple way to prove to google reviews that you've patronized a business, but at least location scanning provides a potential solution. Leaving reviews isn't some inalienable right.
