It was all over the news when the churches tried to push that stupid condom law. And yet there was still an outbreak of HIV in the industry a few years back. I can't really blame them for wanting to minimize risks. Yep. A lot of those people lead really destructive lives and obviously do a lot of crazy things between the thirty days in between their std checks.
