how would angela know whose baby it was if she was sleeping with two men?

Perhaps she wasn't at the time of conception, which is how she would know. A guy might not notice a month out, but the woman would. The baby was also born "prematurely".

what if she didn't know whose baby it was but did suspect it was dwights? then doesnt it make perfect sense?

Yeah, but that still fits within the possibility that it was Dwight's baby.

She did say she "lied" to him about the baby, when it was revealed that it really was, so it might have been written but not expanded on:

Legally if the father gets a paternity test done by bringing in DNA the mother can tell the hospital to lie if it comes out positive and the hospital has to comply. That's likely the simplest explanation for the discrepancy: Angela told them to say it was false because she didn't consent to the test being done.
