They didn't find him not guilty, it was a hung jury. Granted, I'm not sure if the charges varied by trial since they might have tried for a lesser charge (ie, something easier to prove) to finally get the conviction. yutterh posted... Our took that dude at his word regardless of the situation or evidence because he is white and the kid was a black hoodlum. Yes, that is a bad assumption. There are a lot of reasons NOT pertaining to race and, more importantly, it's a matter of beyond a reasonable doubt.
