I only got to play that part and wasn't sure if I'd get to touch any more of the game from him so I made a topic about it. Dunno why you're in such a knot rn tbh I did get to play some more, and I've realized that the Dino area doesn't seem indicative of the rest of the game. They put some kinda challenging (imo at least, I am awful at platformers despite enjoying them) platforming right past the houses in the sand world and I really enjoyed it However now my main concern is enjoyment of the console itself. It emphasizes motion controls for games like Odyssey so I don't want to play with joysticks attached but that means I can't grip the console. And THAT means I have to prop it up on a flat surface since the stand sucks. I don't own a TV in my dorm and apparently it's impossible to get HDMI input into laptops according to my research --- ...
