We had a really bad falling out a few years ago and I only started seeing them again because my mom is sick and I don't want to have on my conscious any wrongdoing. The bad blood was that bad that now I'm not entirely sure. I've not taken any medication besides painkillers but I take them sparingly because addiction especially to opiates also runs rampant in my family. Honestly if someone did poison you. It usually tends to be an ex lover or jealous friend of some kind or maybe a stranger of some sort could of poisoned you.
