Topic	Why should I care more for american factory workers than chinese factoryworkers?

Stuff like hand-tools that I expect to last about forever I would buy America and thus Craftsman is my go-to brand. Stuff that I expect wear-n-tear on (i.e. clothing, shoes, etc.) I'll buy from wherever so long as I feel I am getting my money's worth. On another note, does it seem more accurate to describe products as "Assembled in X" instead of "Made in X" nowadays? Raw material are traded throughout the world. My own Subaru Outback is assembled in Indiana but the parts are shipped over from Japan.
