The teens are 15-17 years old and are charged as ADULTS. Prosecutor David Leyton said he will seek a second degree murder charge against them for the death of 32 y/o father, Kenneth White. 17 yo Kyle Anger and 15 year olds, Alexander Miller, Trevor Gray, Mikaydyn Payne and Mark Sekelsky were the kids responsible. All 5 could face LIFE in prison for 2nd degree murder and are also charged with conspiracy to commit 2nd degree murder and malicious destruction of property David said "i don't think this was a deliberate attempt to take somebody's life. It was a wilful and wanton act that resulted in somebody's death" Kenneth was kileld when a 6lb rock smashed through his windshield after these teens through 20 rocks down from an overpass and one of them hit Kenneth's head where was knocked unconscious and later died in hospital. Photos show the large rock and the damage done to the vehicle as several vehicles were in the path of these giant rocks falling from an overpass. His, Amy Cagle was devastated who can't understand how anyone can danger people's lives and now her 4 children are left without a father and the love of her life was taken from her..
