you never get to see how many kefka kills but he wipes out whole cities in the blink of an eye. over time though, joker probably has kefka beat on that. but as said over time. kefka takes him on kill count in shortest amount of time unless you count the injustice universe. (but thats a bit unfair as I doubt 6's world even has 10 million people to slaughter)
